Conference dates:     July 7 to 9, not July 7 to 10 as previously stated.

Deadlines:                   16 February 2026                      Abstract submission

                                      1^st March 2026                           Notification of abstract acceptance

                                      1^st April 2026                              Registration deadline

                                      1^st May 2026                              Submission of full papers

Registration fee: The registration fee is €225. It includes three lunches, all coffee breaks, and a gala dinner on July 8, 2026. If the conference budget allows, another dinner for all participants will be organized on July 7, 2026.

Conference venue: The conference will take place in a lecture hall at the University of Poitiers, located in downtown Poitiers (Place du Marché, where the Notre-Dame-la-Grande Church is located).
